2012 and probably the world as we know it are coming to an end. Therefore, Heavy & Unhealthy dedicates the present and the fore coming show to all the wicked tunes that were released during 2012, in an effort to preserve the metal goodness that this year provided. Both shows will be included in a time capsule -among other artifacts- and will be buried in a safe location, the whereabouts of which will be disclosed in a radio message that will be continuously transmitted via satellite during the next five thousand years. In case you don't make it through the impending Apocalypse, seize the moment and listen to the first part of this year's best heavy tunes.
