Season 02 - Episode 31 of the web radio show Heavy & Unhealthy (08.05.2013)

Inhale.
Sadhus (The Smoking Community) are cool guys. No, really they are. They do what they do, not for money, nor glory, but for the sheer fun of it. Nick, Stavros & Steve (plus Alex from Half Gramme Of Soma) kept me company for two hours, during which we smoked, drank, talked and laughed. Do not let the poor sound quality of this here Heavy & Unhealthy radio session discourage you, one can find here four unreleased tracks from local heroes Korsikov, Last Rizla, Lucky Funeral & Automaton, courtesy of Sadhus. Keep your eyes and ears open, Sadhus may be playing to a venue (or a basement) near you, or even in a basketball field...
Exhale.

Since this here show took place on International Worker's Day, I couldn't think of a better way to celebrate May Day than to invite to the studio two tireless metal proletarians. Romanos & Stelios, the people behind Spreading Dysphoria Industries, joined me for three long hours and revealed the history behind this upcoming Greek music label, the ups and downs of the industry and the tricks of the trade. So, help yourselves to a 3 hour metal extravaganza and stay tuned for more news and releases from this promising new label.

Season 02 - Episode 26 (10.04.2013)
\m/

Ascending from the pits of Athens, the five-member progressive death metal band Still Falling invaded the studio of the Elephant and kept me hostage. Hours before hitting the road for 'The Legion Aflame' Greek mini tour, Manos, Jose, Marios, and the two Nicks (bass, drums, vocals and two guitars, respectively) as well as Spiros (Unmasking The Betrayer, Rahu) violated the microphones and ripped the speakers apart, chose the tunes for this week's Heavy & Unhealthy radio session and shared info on the band's past, present and (most promising) future. Having already released their first EP 'Counterfeit Existence', ever-evolving Still Falling are making ready their second release 'The Three Suns' EP, scheduled to hit the public sometime during May. So sit back, relax and ready yourselves for two hours of true metal experience and heavy bullshitting...
